The Guardian Agreement
By booking a trip with Evergreen Explorer, you agree to follow the lead of our Guardians (Guides) at all times during the expedition. Their word on safety, route changes, and medical decisions is final and non-negotiable.
Local Reciprocity Policy
20% of your booking fee goes directly into the local communities and homestays of the region you visit. This is our non-negotiable commitment to sustainable, high-integrity exploration. You agree to treat all local staff, hosts, and environments with ultimate respect.
Risk Acknowledgement
Adventure expeditions involve inherent risks—including altitude, terrain, and weather variables. While our Guardians are experts at mitigation, you acknowledge that you are entering the wild by choice and take responsibility for your preparation.
Cancellations & Exit Protocols
- 30+ Days before trip: 50% Refundable.
- Within 30 days: Non-refundable due to logistics and guide pre-commitments.
- Guardian-initiated cancellation: Full credit towards any future trek.
